Are you flexible, enjoy an active lifestyle, and want meaningful work? We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team supporting a man with MS on the south coast of Gotland. Here you will become an important part of daily life, helping with everything from activities to personal care.

Part-time position (approx. 10 hours/week) with the opportunity to expand during the summer with full day shifts.

• Scope: Approx. 25% (2–3 shifts per week).

• Working hours: Daytime, 08:45–13:00.

• Description: Shifts are performed as double assistance (you work as a pair of assistants). You should be available primarily on weekends, but shifts occur throughout the week.

Your role will be to assist the man in his daily life, both at home and during activities such as card games and boccia.

• Physical strength: The work involves heavy lifting, so you need to be physically fit.

• Experience: Experience in care and the use of various assistive devices is an advantage.

• Personality: You are a person who spreads positive energy, is empathetic, and enjoys providing support where it is needed.
