We are currently seeking temporary substitutes to work as personal assistants for a woman in Visby. This is a job for you who want to contribute to quality of life and security in someone's daily life – and at the same time have a meaningful and varied job.

The woman has ALS and requires 24-hour assistance with a awake night shift. We are looking for you who are engaged, sensitive, and want to become an important part of her team.

About the position

The position primarily involves work shifts from 16:00–20:00 (double assistance), but we would appreciate it if you are flexible and can work all types of shifts if needed. There is also an opportunity to work more hours with other clients if you are interested.

You will start on a hourly contract, but for the right person, there are good opportunities to get a fixed schedule in the future.

About you

We are looking for you who are meticulous and professional in your approach to work. You are responsible and can collaborate with others. To respect the client's privacy, we primarily seek female assistants. To thrive in the role, we believe you are:

• Comfortable working in a home where a dog lives
• Available to start immediately
• Available for work also during the summer

Previous experience in care and social services is meritorious, but personal suitability is decisive.
