Your future challenge

As a Systems Engineer, you work on defining the product's system functionality, capabilities, and characteristics, where you, together with a team of colleagues, lead the development in a structured and communicative manner.

Analyses of customer requirements and standards are part of the work to create a system description that lays the foundation for the development work.

You, together with other development departments, are key players in defining and delivering a system solution that meets the customer's needs throughout the entire lifecycle.

We prioritize our customer's unique needs to strengthen their defense capabilities with the goal of "protect those who protect us".

Through active participation with improvement proposals, as well as the opportunity to drive research and development initiatives, you will also be part of our long-term work to ensure that our products continue to be world-leading.

The role involves many internal contacts as well as external contacts with customers and suppliers, giving you a broad network. If you are also a proactive person who takes great personal responsibility, you will thrive with us.

You will become part of the Systems Engineering department, where the group primarily works with Effect and Protection for our products. This involves the weapon systems we develop and integrate, as well as the survivability in the form of protection and active protection systems.

The person you are

We are looking for you who have a technical academic education and good technical competence, preferably in areas such as mechanical engineering, technical physics, electronics, and/or software.

You absorb the technical solutions and look beyond to find the holistic solution required.

Experience from the automotive industry, defense industry, or Systems Engineering is advantageous.

As a person, you are communicative, proactive, and have a structured approach to ensure that the developed system solution is documented. You have good presentation and documentation skills in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.
