With continued growth, the client is now looking for an Accounting Consultant / Financial Consultant who wants to take broad responsibility, work closely with clients, and help develop how modern financial services are delivered.

The Role

In this role, you have broad and independent responsibility within accounting, payroll, reporting, and financial advisory. You manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, ensure high quality in financial processes, and actively contribute to further developing both internal working methods and client deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping as well as monthly and annual financial statements

• Have overall responsibility for the payroll process, from reporting and processing to reporting and payments

• Develop, improve, and ensure quality of financial reporting

• Drive improvement work and contribute to more efficient and scalable processes

• Support clients with financial monitoring, profitability analyses, and advisory

• Act as the client's primary contact person and trusted advisor

• Be an internal knowledge resource and sounding board for the team

Daily Tasks

• Handle daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll, and financial statements for several clients

• Analyze financial data, produce reports, and support clients in financial decisions

• Collaborate closely with colleagues to share knowledge, improve processes, and ensure high quality in all deliveries

Qualifications and Requirements

• Several years of experience in accounting, preferably from an accounting firm or consultancy

• Documented ability to independently handle bookkeeping as well as monthly and annual financial statements

• Good understanding of the entire accounting flow and financial control

• Good system proficiency and experience with Fortnox

• Experience with payroll management is a requirement

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
