The Unit's Mission
The Competency Supply Unit is part of the HR department at the Swedish Public Employment Service, with the mission to coordinate and develop the agency's competency supply. The unit comprises two sections with a total of 38 employees.
The Competency Development Section is organized into four process-oriented teams responsible for the agency's development, production, and delivery of competency development initiatives for employees and managers. Our mission is also to create conditions for a learning culture.
Job Description
You will be part of the Competency Development Section, whose mission is to develop, produce, and deliver competency-enhancing initiatives for the agency's employees and managers. The section is team-organized and works within a clear process.
The section has competencies in areas such as project management, pedagogy, media production, administration, text, and design. Together, the teams work to develop and create effective learning solutions such as web-based courses, films, animations, and instructor-led training.
You, together with your team, are responsible for ensuring that our competency development initiatives maintain high pedagogical quality. Your tasks are based on the organization's needs and may vary, but will largely consist of contributing to productions with your pedagogical competence and experience in learning in digital environments.

This is a permanent full-time position that may begin with a six-month probationary period. The location is Östersund or Solna.

Basic Requirements for the Position
- Relevant university education of at least 180/120 hp or equivalent knowledge acquired through several years of experience in similar tasks, which the employer deems equivalent.
- Experience of learning in digital environments, both synchronous and asynchronous.
- Experience in developing competency development materials for others, instructional design, and production.
- Experience of everyday learning and supporting others' learning at work.
- Several years of experience working with pedagogical designs for adult learning.
- Experience leading workshops together with subject-matter experts from the operations.
- Experience analyzing needs and creating pedagogical solutions for different target groups.
- Very good skills in communicating in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
Other Merits for the Position
- Experience working and thinking pedagogically with LMS (Learning Management Systems).
- Experience working independently and in teams by leading planning, facilitating meetings, and delivering against a set schedule.
- Experience working in change and development.
- Experience working with interactivity, participant activity in web courses, and game-based learning.
