RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an Administrator with a focus on procurement for a temporary position within the Municipal Assistive Devices Collaboration (KHS).

Here, you will become an important part of the work to ensure efficient, quality-assured, and legally compliant purchases of assistive devices for the municipalities in the county. You will have a meaningful job in an operation with strong social benefit.

You are part of KHS's administrative function and work closely with colleagues in finance, system administration, procurement, and management.

As an administrator, you have a central role in the operation where you combine administrative work with active participation in procurements according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU).

You contribute to developing and improving the operation's working methods, while ensuring structure and quality in our administrative processes. The role involves close collaboration with both internal functions and external actors such as suppliers and municipalities.

Your role is varied and includes both operational and developmental tasks. The role includes, among other things:

• Participate in procurement processes (preparation, implementation, and follow-up according to LOU)
• Work with contract management, price lists, individual templates, and compensation groups
• Produce, analyze, and present statistics, for example, before procurement and contract follow-up
• Update the assistive device database with contracts and prices.
• Code invoices
• Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email
• Participate in register maintenance and data quality work

You work together with dedicated colleagues, and there is good collaboration throughout the county.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• has at least a high school education
• has experience in administrative work
• has good digital competence and very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience in public sector procurement (LOU)
• post-secondary education in administration, economics, or similar
• experience from politically governed organizations
