About the role

As a writer, you are responsible for creating, developing, and making clear, target-group-specific, and user-friendly information accessible in our internal and external channels. You work with writing, visualizing, and continuously updating content in guides, support materials, and digital platforms. The role also involves structuring existing information and documentation to improve readability and user-friendliness.

You work closely with your colleagues, supporting each other. You are given significant responsibility and the freedom to structure your own work. You will have the opportunity to work in a development-oriented environment where you help make complex or technical information understandable and accessible to different target groups through clear and pedagogical language.

You belong to the National Coordination Unit, which is responsible for the agency's external collaboration forms, national councils, and working groups. The unit develops common working methods and methodological support for external collaboration and coordinates dialogue and cooperation with national actors.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives when working together with others towards common goals. You have the ability to make complex information understandable and tailored to the target group. It is natural for you to take responsibility for your own work and structure your workday. You also take initiative and come up with ideas on how working methods and collaboration forms can be developed.

We are looking for someone who has:

• an academic degree in communication or IT, or equivalent work experience
• at least three years of current experience in a writer role or similar
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

The following are meritorious for the position:

• current experience and knowledge of digitalization in the health, care, and social care sector
• current experience of working in an organization with an agile working approach.

The employment is permanent with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. The place of employment is Kalmar or Stockholm. The work may involve business trips, primarily between Kalmar and Stockholm.

An employment with us may involve placement in a security classification. Therefore, we may need to conduct a security check with register control according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585). For some tasks in a security classification, Swedish citizenship is required.
