About the Position
The role of Assistant involves being an administrative support to the Unit Manager. You have a coordinating function at the residential facility as well as with external actors. You have many different contact areas that you work with. You ensure that planning and staffing are done based on the operational needs as well as the needs and wishes of the residents. You help guide staff during group meetings and coach the facility's employees with the aim of achieving goals and creating good well-being and working conditions.
The administrative tasks include working in various IT systems regarding personnel planning, staffing, scheduling, case management, receiving new residents, and documentation.
You are involved in producing statistics, follow-ups, and operational reports. The tasks also include introducing new employees and booking training for them. You report directly to the Unit Manager.
You are a good representative and have a pleasant manner of dealing with people. You will work in systems such as Heroma, Lifecare, and TES. The position also places high demands on flexibility and the ability to see solutions.
Are you the one we are looking for?
We see that you have a secondary education, e.g., assistant nurse or other care-oriented education, or equivalent education assessed by the employer as comparable. Meritorious is experience within social care, specialist assistant nurse, labor law, or schedule planning.
We view it positively if you previously have experience in care and support work as well as administrative work. We see that you have previously worked as an assistant or in a comparable role within social care and scheduling.
We see that you have experience working in computer environments, and it is desirable if you have worked in economic or payroll administrative programs, e.g., Heroma or Visma.
To function well in the role of Assistant, you need to be team-oriented and understand the importance of good collaboration between different professions. You are confident in your interactions and have an accommodating and problem-solving approach. You are development-oriented and take initiative for development without losing sight of the operational aspects. We see that you are innovative and open to different perspectives. You have the ability to work with complex issues and analyze dilemmas with the aim of solving them. Furthermore, you have economic awareness and are goal- and result-oriented to achieve expected goals and results for the operation.

About the Employment
