Our offering ranges from turning, milling, sheet metal, casting, extrusion, and cold heading to system solutions with assembly, welding, and soldering – all to create added value and efficiency in the customer's processes. Since 2020, our goal has been to quadruple our turnover in ten years. Four years into the journey, we have grown to 14 employees, acquired Rydahl Precision Components, and surpassed 80 million SEK in turnover – clear proof that we are on the right track.

Now, Hugma is looking for a Sales Director who wants to join an engaged team and contribute to our continued expansion, both in Sweden and internationally.

YOUR ROLE

As Sales Director at Hugma, you will have a central role in our growth journey. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and developing long-term customer relationships, and driving the sales process from initial contact to closed deal.

The role involves both active prospecting for new customers and strategic responsibility for some of our most important existing customers. You will work closely with our internal functions in project management, procurement, quality, logistics, and customer support to create solutions that make a real difference for our customers.

• Have experience in sales within manufacturing or trading, preferably with customer-specific components
• Are accustomed to taking overall responsibility in customer relationships, preferably in a Sales Director role
