Do you want to help develop our staffing pool? We are changing our approach to summer staffing and are therefore strengthening our team with an additional employee.

Welcome to us

The staffing pool is a unit that today consists of unit managers, staffing planners, recruiters, operations manager, and permanent pool staff. The staffing pool also serves as a substitute staff pool to meet the need for short-term substitutes within healthcare and social care, as well as preschools and after-school centers.

The home care service is also part of the same operational area, consisting today of the six home care areas: Krokom, Föllinge, Offerdal, Nälden, Ås, and Natten. The home care service creates better conditions for our citizens in daily life when age, illness, or disability makes it difficult to manage independently and live at home.

The Social Services Administration consists of 600 employees, with a broad and comprehensive scope of tasks. The administration is divided into five operational areas and is located throughout the municipality. Here, we are responsible for providing healthcare, social care, support, and services, as well as health and medical care to the municipality's citizens who need it, at all stages of life.

A day as a Recruiter/Executive Assistant at the Staffing Pool

As a recruiter, you will continuously work with recruiting hourly substitute staff and also be responsible for recruiting summer substitutes. The work consists largely of selection, interviews, and administration of the recruitment, employment, and salary setting processes.

In the role of executive assistant, you will support the operations manager and your unit managers, participate in developing the operations forward, and provide administrative support. Administrative tasks may include invoice handling, taking minutes at various meetings, purchasing responsibilities, and more. There are great opportunities to develop the role of executive assistant based on your skills and strengths.

The operations manager will be your closest supervisor.

Your qualifications

You have a university degree with a focus on personnel and working life, or other education combined with experience, which is assessed as equivalent. It is meritorious if you have previously worked with recruitment and administration.

We are looking for you who can work independently and have a pronounced service orientation. You handle several processes in parallel, so it is of utmost importance that you are well-organized and have the ability to prioritize your work. Since you have many contact points in the organization, it is also important that you have good communication skills and are relationship-building.

The work requires good organizational and collaborative skills, as well as the ability to work independently with sustained engagement. You need to have good self-awareness and be resilient. You must be able to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Great importance will be attached to your personal qualities.

You should have a driver's license for a passenger car.

Other information

The position is permanent and full-time, with a start date as agreed.

We apply annual working hours, and the workload may vary slightly throughout the year.

Recruitment will take place continuously, and the position may be filled before the deadline.
