Sätoftaskolan is a preschool to grade 9 school with an associated after-school center. The school also houses the municipality's adapted primary school. The school is beautifully situated near a lake and forest with an inspiring outdoor environment. It is possible to commute to and from the school by public transport.

Approximately 500 students attend the school. The school has one principal and two deputy principals. The staff are part of various work teams and teaching groups led by the school's team leaders/lead teachers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a teacher qualified to teach mathematics, science, and English for grades 4-6.

In your role, you create a learning environment that is inspiring, educational, and joyful. You work formatively and differentiate your teaching based on the students' needs. In your assignment, you will teach and serve as a mentor for a 5th-grade class. You are two mentors responsible for the teaching in grade 5, which is divided into two groups. As a teacher with us, you become part of a team with knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly colleagues. Together, you are responsible for planning, implementation, and assessment based on the steering documents and the school's commitments.

Language-developing approaches affect the entire operation and all teaching. Here we focus heavily on job satisfaction and ensuring that the school day is inspiring for our students. The school has one principal and two deputy principals. We also have an extended student health team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in mathematics, science, and English for grades 4-6.

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.

The position will be filled subject to necessary political decisions being made and provided it does not need to be taken for internal use.
