Project Manager for "Yrkesresan" and Language Development in Elderly Care

Do you want to strengthen the quality of elderly care and disability services through competence development and clear communication?
We are now looking for an engaged project manager who wants to lead the implementation of "Yrkesresan" (The Career Journey) within elderly care and develop work on language requirements and language development in our operations.
Responsibilities
As a project manager, you play a key role in developing learning, quality, and equity in the operations. The assignment covers two main areas:
- Implementation of "Yrkesresan" within elderly care
- Development of language requirements and language development
You work both strategically and operationally, in close collaboration with managers, HR, education providers, and operations.
Implementation of "Yrkesresan"
You lead and coordinate the implementation of "Yrkesresan" and ensure that the initiative gains traction in the operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning, executing, and following up on implementation
- Collaborating with relevant functions and operations
- Supporting managers in integrating "Yrkesresan" into daily work
- Ensuring that educational measures are carried out and followed up
- Contributing to long-term learning and sustainable competence development
Language Requirements and Language Development
You develop and structure work on language and communication, with a focus on quality, safety, and legal certainty.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and following up language requirements for different professional roles
- Mapping and analyzing employees' language levels
- Developing methods for continuous language development
- Integrating language development into induction and educational measures
- Supporting managers in matters regarding language, communication, and documentation
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- Have a bachelor's degree or other work experience that the employer deems sufficient
- Have experience in project management
- Have experience working both strategically and operationally
- Are structured, goal-oriented, and communicative
- Have experience in development and quality work (meritorious)

In our municipality, a number of positions are classified for security, so security clearance may be required. These positions may require Swedish citizenship.
