About the Role

In the role of recruitment consultant, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process – from creating new business opportunities to conducting and delivering successful recruitments.

You work actively to build and develop your own client portfolio through prospecting, client meetings, and networking. You drive recruitment assignments from start to finish and ensure a professional and high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the process.

We are looking for you who are business-driven, relationship-building, and thrive in a role where you get to combine sales, recruitment, and consulting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive recruitment processes from needs analysis to appointment
  • Work with new client acquisition and prospecting
  • Search and headhunting of candidates
  • Build and develop long-term client relationships
  • Be responsible for your own clients and assignments
  • Contribute to the development of Q and our ways of working

Qualifications

We believe you have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and new client acquisition
  • Experience in search and attracting passive candidates
  • Good ability to build trust and relationships
  • A strong drive, high ambition level, and a result-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork
