Do you want to develop within HR while building on your experience in payroll? We are now looking for a junior HR and payroll profile for a role where you will have a broad position with both administrative and operational tasks.

This is an opportunity for you who have approximately two years of experience in payroll administration and want to take the next step towards a more HR-focused role. You will become an important part of the team and work closely with both managers and employees in a fast-paced operation with short decision-making paths and a strong focus on quality.

The role is located in Kungsängen and offers good opportunities for further development within both HR and payroll.

About the role

In this role, you combine payroll administration with HR-related tasks and serve as an important support to the business in personnel matters.

You work operationally and gain insight into the entire employee journey – from administration and contracts to payroll processing and follow-up.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Ongoing payroll administration for white-collar workers
• Handling of expense reports and reimbursements
• Verification of documentation, contracts, and reporting
• Support in HR administration and personnel-related processes
• Contact with managers and employees regarding payroll and HR matters
• Administration regarding onboarding and employment changes
• Follow-up and simpler analysis in Excel
• Work throughout the entire payroll process – from documentation to final payroll run

Who we are looking for

We believe you have approximately 1–2 years of experience in payroll administration and now wish to develop further within HR. Perhaps you have studied HR or worked in a role where you have combined personnel administration with payroll.

About the assignment

This is a consulting assignment starting immediately and initially lasting for 12 months, with good opportunities for continued employment with the client.
