Do you want to combine leadership with operational controlling in a business-oriented and development-focused environment? Our banking client is now looking for an experienced and engaged consultant for an exciting assignment within the Group Business Support & Subsidiaries CFO Office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Report & Consolidation team while working closely with the business on financial management, follow-up, and business support within a central function at the bank.

As Team Lead & Business Controller, you are responsible for leading the Report & Consolidation group within the GBS&S CFO Office. The team works with financial management, forecasts, follow-up, consolidation, and the development of processes related to the economic control of the business.

You will also work operationally as a business controller with tasks such as:

• Financial monthly reporting
• Economic management and follow-up
• Business cases and analysis work
• Executive committee reporting
• Forecast and budget work
• Follow-up of value realization in projects and development initiatives together with the strategy team

The role involves many contact points and close collaboration with colleagues within different parts of the GBS&S CFO Office.

To be successful in this role, you need

• An academic education in economics, engineering, natural sciences, or a similar field
• Several years of relevant experience in controlling or financial management from the banking or finance industry
• Analytical skills and experience working with financial accounting, models, and frameworks
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting systems, preferably Cognos
• Business-driven with the ability to see the big picture and the common thread in the operations
