Adecco in Umeå is growing, and we are now looking for an HR Assistant who wants to support our team in finding the right talent for our clients – while contributing to a professional and quality-assured recruitment process!
About the role
As an HR Assistant, you will work operationally and administratively with a strong focus on supporting our consultants in the recruitment processes. You will be a key part of the entire flow – from identifying the need to final placement – ensuring that our candidates receive a professional and smooth experience.
You will work closely with our consultants, supporting recruitment, candidate communication, and personnel administration. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy a fast-paced environment, structure, and diverse interactions.
Your main responsibilities
- Support consultants throughout the entire recruitment process – from requirement profile to placement
- Advertising, selection, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Contribute to efficient and professional recruitment work
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with an interest in HR and recruitment who thrives in a role where structure, service, and collaboration are central, combined with a high pace.
- Structured and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple parallel processes
- Service-oriented and communicative in interactions with candidates and colleagues
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
Experience in recruitment and HR is a plus, but most importantly, we value your willingness to learn and develop within the field.
