About Sätoftaskolan
Sätoftaskolan is a school for grades F-9 with an associated after-school center. The school also houses the municipality's adapted primary school. The school is beautifully located near a lake and forest with an inspiring outdoor environment. It is possible to commute to and from the school using public transport.
Approximately 500 students attend the school. The school has one principal and two deputy principals. The staff is divided into different work teams and teaching groups led by the school's team leaders/head teachers.

We are looking for you who:
- Are a certified teacher with eligibility for grades F-3
- Have documented good pedagogical skills and good results in teaching

- Have experience in pedagogical development work and collegial learning

Job Responsibilities
As a teacher in grades F-3, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the curriculum's goals. You work closely with colleagues in the work team and contribute to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where every student is given the opportunity to develop based on their prerequisites.
At Sätoftaskolan, we work in a three-teacher system in grades 1-3, where collaboration, flexibility, and shared responsibility are a natural part of operations. Together, we plan, follow up, and develop teaching to create good conditions for students' learning and well-being.
Daily work includes teaching, mentoring, and relationship-building work with students. You also have close collaboration with guardians through continuous dialogue, development meetings, and joint work regarding students' development and security.
In the role of head teacher, you are responsible for driving and developing pedagogical work at the school together with colleagues and school leadership. The assignment involves supervising and inspiring colleagues, contributing to collegial learning, and participating in the school's systematic quality work and development work.
You are expected to contribute a holistic perspective for the benefit of the operations and to help analyze results and develop teaching for increased goal fulfillment.
The head teacher assignment is time-limited to three years and may be extended based on operational needs and the assignment's results.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Certified teacher with eligibility for grades F-3
- Experience teaching in lower primary school
- Good pedagogical skills and experience in creating good learning environments
- Good collaboration skills and willingness to contribute to the development of operations
Merits:

- Previous experience in head teacher assignments, supervision, or team leadership

Salary: Monthly salary.
