About the role

As an educator, you will teach in the professional roles of property caretaker, property host, and property technician. The teaching alternates between workplace-based learning, teacher-led instruction, and practical exercises.

You coach and motivate the participants in their personal and knowledge development, with the goal of giving them the right competence and prerequisites to become employable after completing the education.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have professional experience from the property industry (at least 3 years).

It is an advantage if you have experience as a teacher, supervisor, or foreman. A vocational teacher degree or equivalent is also an advantage.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. You have a genuine interest in developing other people and are good at coaching and motivating. You collaborate well with others but also thrive working independently and taking responsibility.
