About the role
As an administrator, you play a central role in the court's daily work. Together with a dedicated group of administrators, case handlers, judges, and prosecutors, you contribute to ensuring that the court's work is conducted in a legally secure and efficient manner. The work is varied, social, and requires both structure and flexibility – perfect for you who thrive in a dynamic environment. Within the administrative unit, we help where needed and serve as backup for each other when necessary.
Main responsibilities
As an administrator, you will work with financial administration, scheduling, and handling the court's lay judges, as well as intranet and website management. A large part of the work also involves handling general administrative questions and tasks that need to be managed.

In the role of administrator, you are engaged, meticulous, independent, and deliver high-quality work. You have a high ability to structure and organize your work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Your cooperative personality ensures that you treat people professionally and build good relationships, both internally and externally. You are decisive and enjoy responsibility, while also contributing to the team's joint work.

Requirements
- Completed and approved upper secondary education.
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
Merits
- Previous experience in administrative work.
- Experience working at a court, authority, or other legal operations.
- Experience with intranet and web publishing.
Practical information
The position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period.
