Montessori Preschool Färgsolen offers a stimulating preschool environment divided into three departments, located next to the rapidly growing district of Brunnshög in northeastern Lund. We are now looking to expand our dedicated and positive team with an additional qualified preschool teacher.

A Swedish preschool teacher license is an absolute requirement; otherwise, we unfortunately cannot proceed with your application. The position, ranging from 75% to 100% full-time, will be based at our department for younger children. Training as a Montessori educator and/or experience working at a Montessori preschool are seen as very strong merits.

The role includes the preschool teacher's responsibilities for teaching, documentation, and developmental conversations, as well as the important care duties at a department for the youngest children. We also want you to participate in our joint development work for our entire pedagogical environment. Experience and a strong interest in outdoor pedagogy, as well as developing an environment for learning outdoors, are valuable assets for us.

We are looking for someone who is stable and confident in their professional role but curious and open to new perspectives. You should be positive, flexible, and able to work independently, yet open to joint discussions where we together explore and refine ideas to find better solutions in our systematic development work to improve the quality of children's development and learning.

Montessori Preschool Färgsolen is a non-profit private preschool with teachers on the board since its founding in 1995. The preschool has a toddler department and two sibling departments in bright premises, a green and calm outdoor environment, and a large kitchen with our own pedagogical chef. Here, we have built a stimulating preschool environment.

Our goal is to provide every child with a stable and secure preschool period, using Montessori pedagogy and the preschool curriculum as a starting point, where care, development, and learning with other children form a whole. It is important to us to have competent and engaged educators, but also for the educators to have a positive and stimulating work environment.

With the children in focus, Färgsolen's fantastic educators have developed our preschool activities through care, inspiration, challenges, and much joy. We are now looking for you, a qualified and licensed preschool teacher, who, together with the other educators, wants to further develop our preschool into the future.
