Your assignment places a strong focus on collegial learning, where you actively share your subject knowledge and professionally recognized expertise with your colleagues.

You take special and overarching responsibility for leading and developing subject didactics and subject development in Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language (SSL), and Social Studies (SO). Through your strong commitment, you inspire others and become a driving force in the school's joint work to develop and refine teaching methods, always with student goal achievement and study results in focus.

To be considered for the role, you must be a certified primary school teacher (Grades F–3) with qualifications in Swedish, Swedish as a Second Language (SSL), and Social Studies (SO). Having qualifications in additional subjects is seen as a plus. You must be able to communicate at a high level in Swedish, both orally and in writing. In your professional role, you have demonstrated a particular ability to improve students' study results, and you are driven by a strong interest in developing teaching. It is also highly meritorious if you have previous experience working as a Senior Teacher or if you have previously led various development processes within the school's operations.

To be considered for the Senior Teacher position, you must be able to document, through records, at least four years of well-regarded work after graduation involving teaching within one or more employments in the school system. Furthermore, we would appreciate experience in driving pedagogical development processes based on systematic quality work.

Naturally, you have a professional attitude and work towards building good relationships with our students, their guardians, and all your colleagues at the school.

We look forward to receiving your application!
