Other important parts of your work include registration in quality registers, handling referrals, diagnosis coding, and generating important statistics from our journal system, Cosmic. Weekend shifts may occur.

About You

We are looking for someone with education as a medical secretary or healthcare administrator, with experience in journal writing and diagnosis coding. To thrive with us, it is important that you appreciate independent work, while also being a good team player who enjoys collaborating with others. You are meticulous, structured, and have an eye for detail – patient safety is always your highest priority. Being able to express yourself clearly and professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, is a given for you. If you also have experience with the journal system Cosmic, it is an advantage. As a person, you are self-assured, flexible, and have the ability to adapt to new situations. We appreciate creativity and a solution-oriented approach – there is always room for improvement and development here! Personal suitability is of great importance.
