Elgiganten is a market-leading retailer of home electronics in the Nordic region. As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver top-class service to their thousands of customers!

In the role of Customer Service Representative for Elgiganten, you will primarily handle cases via incoming calls. As you develop in the role, you will also handle inquiries via email and chat. To master the role, you will be supported by your leaders who have experience in the position, as well as have access to tools to help you meet customers in the best possible way. The cases you will handle include invoice, delivery, and insurance issues, as well as in-store stock balances.

We are looking for staff for both our Swedish and Norwegian departments. On the Norwegian department, you will exclusively help Norwegian-speaking customers – a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service skills in yet another Nordic language!

No prior knowledge of Norwegian is required, as you will communicate in Swedish and receive support from coaches and team managers on how to best handle these calls.

The position is based on 80% hours, and you will receive flexible working hours with the opportunity to influence your own schedule.

We are looking for you who:

• Are service-oriented
• Are motivated to learn new things
• Have passing grades in Swedish 1/A and English 5/A
• Have good computer skills
• Can work part-time at 80% from our office in central Gothenburg
• Can work full-time during the training period (approx. 15 working days)
