About the role

We are now looking for an Order Administrator for an established company in the road and infrastructure sector in Gothenburg. Here you will have a varied daily routine with many points of contact and the opportunity to become a key person in the business.

In this role, you will be a central function that ensures the business runs smoothly in daily operations. You work closely with the site manager and colleagues, ensuring that assignments are planned, followed up on, and completed according to plan. Your main responsibilities:

• Handle incoming orders and register assignments in the company's system
• Follow up and ensure that completed work is correctly reported back
• Compile weekly reports and statistics
• Work with follow-up and handling of data from various systems and portals
• Coordinate and administer ongoing assignments together with the operations team
• Have daily contact with customers, employees, and external partners
• Handle invoice documentation and administrative follow-up
• Contribute to developing and streamlining internal administrative processes

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in administrative work in a coordinating or service-oriented role
• Have good system familiarity and feel confident working in various business and operational systems
• Have good knowledge of Excel and are accustomed to handling and compiling data
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Have good knowledge of English
• Experience from the construction, civil engineering, operations, or infrastructure sectors is highly meritorious
