We are now looking for an Inside Sales Account who will become an important part of the team and the main contact for two international customer accounts. This is a perfect fit for you who enjoy customer relations, coordination, and problem solving, and who are not afraid to step up when needed.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

In the role of Inside Sales Account, you are responsible for the daily contact with two major customer accounts in India and China. You act as the link between the customer and the internal organization, ensuring that inquiries, orders, and deliveries are handled smoothly and professionally.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Building and developing long-term customer relationships
• Coordinating activities between the customer, production, technical teams, and other internal functions
• Following up on orders, deliveries, and ongoing cases
• Handling customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of service
• Supporting the sales department in their daily work when needed
• Driving problem-solving efforts and keeping projects moving forward

The role involves primarily office-based work, though some travel may occur a few times per year.

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe you have a few years of experience in a coordinating role within customer service, inside sales, order management, or technical sales. You need to be proactive, communicative, and confident in your decisions. You are accustomed to handling multiple parallel tasks and have the ability to prioritize what creates the most value. You strive for high quality but also understand the importance of maintaining pace and moving forward when the situation demands it.
