Experienced strong profile with deep knowledge in cast-in-place concrete and/or waterproofing | West Sweden

We are looking for you with experience from larger projects within construction (infrastructure and industrial projects) and who has an established network within, for example, the concrete industry and the design/engineering sector. Today you might have a leading position within the customer side or work as a technical salesperson. The role is based in Gothenburg with a geographical focus on West Sweden.

About the role

At Leviat, you play a central role in developing the business towards larger and medium-sized contractors, infrastructure and data center developers, as well as industrial customers. You drive the entire business process, from early project processing and technical dialogue to agreements and follow-up, in close collaboration with the customer and the specifying side.

Your responsibilities

  • Business and budget responsibility for your customer portfolio
  • Operational project sales from early stage to completion
  • Active processing of contractors and specifying parties
  • Contract responsibility and negotiation for larger project deliveries
  • Technical advisory throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Development of existing customers as well as new customer acquisition
  • Structured work in CRM and project databases

To succeed in the role

  • Experience in project sales within construction, infrastructure, or industry
  • Strong technical understanding, preferably within concrete, precast, or construction
  • Established network within the industry
  • Strong business acumen and experience in negotiation
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
