Job Responsibilities

Preschool Hästen is located approximately 2.5 km west of Malung's center and consists of seven departments. Here you will meet an activity where the children's safety, curiosity, and learning are at the center, and where we together create meaningful contexts that give children the opportunity to grow, explore, and develop.

We are now looking for two preschool teachers who want to shape the preschool of the future together with us. One position is full-time (100 percent), and one position is part-time (50 percent).

As a preschool teacher with us, you have an important role in leading, developing, and ensuring the quality of the pedagogical work based on the preschool curriculum. You plan, implement, follow up on, and develop the teaching together with the work team, with the children's needs, interests, and prerequisites as the starting point.

A central part of the assignment is to create safe and positive relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. Through your engagement and pedagogical competence, you contribute to a learning environment characterized by joy, participation, play, and learning.

You work closely with the principal and colleagues and are an important part of the preschool's systematic quality work. • Plan, implement, follow up on, and develop teaching in the preschool.

• Participate in and contribute to the preschool's systematic quality work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher and who want to help create a safe, curious, and educational preschool where every child gets the opportunity to develop based on their own prerequisites. You have a good understanding of the preschool's mission and regulatory documents and are confident in leading, developing, and documenting children's learning.

As a person, you are present, engaged, and professional in your approach. You easily create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues and enjoy working together with others. You are flexible, responsible, and have a solution-focused approach.

We would like you to be creative and curious, with the ability to think new thoughts and create meaningful, inspiring, and inclusive activities for the children. With your engagement, you contribute to a positive work environment and a preschool where safety, joy, play, and learning go hand in hand.
