Kvarnsvedens School is a preschool to grade 6 school (F–6) with approximately 500 students, located in a beautiful industrial heritage area close to both forests and excellent activity areas. The school's surroundings – Sjöberget, Kvarnsvedens IP, and Mellsta Motion Center – offer great opportunities for movement and outdoor learning.

Job Responsibilities

As a teacher with us, you work closely with the students and together with colleagues in an engaged grade level or working group. You plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching, and actively contribute to the school's pedagogical development. Relationship-building, security, and clear communication are central parts of your role.

Qualifications

Basic requirements for the position:

• Qualified teacher (legitimerad lärare).
• Very good oral and written skills in Swedish.

Personal qualities:

• Good teamwork skills in a working group where relationship-building and communication are extremely important for mutual development.
• Active and accustomed to adapting activities to different needs and conditions.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience working in primary school.
• Experience working in teams.
• Experience adapting teaching to students' different needs.
