Are you a recent engineering graduate and want to work close to the technology? We are currently looking for a Test Lead based in Örnsköldsvik. As a Test Lead, you will test, analyze, and understand advanced systems in practice. You will become a key part of developing future technology, quickly taking on responsibility, developing, and building experience alongside an engaged team.

About the Role:

As a Test Lead, you play a central role in planning, executing, and following up on tests at various levels, often linked to advanced technical systems within vehicles, defense, or other complex products. You work broadly across several performance areas, such as performance, functionality, safety, and technical system solutions.

You lead and coordinate resources within the test and verification organization and work closely with development teams at the forefront of technology, for example during the integration of complex systems. The role also involves close collaboration with design departments regarding test planning, execution, and result analysis, as well as dialogue with customers or other external parties when needed.

A large part of the work consists of documentation, analysis, and reporting of test results. You are also responsible for conducting risk assessments and contributing to a safe working environment, as the role includes certain occupational health and safety responsibilities.

The position may involve travel, both nationally and internationally. The role is based in Örnsköldsvik.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in mechanical engineering or similar, or alternatively a practical background as a mechanic or similar
• Interest and practical mechanical knowledge
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally within the role
• Ability to be based in Örnsköldsvik

Merits:

• Experience from the automotive industry, defense industry, or mining industry
• Experience in testing or verification
• Knowledge of hydraulics or electrical systems
