We are looking for an HR Technology Partner for a global company in either Gothenburg or Skövde. Start is ASAP, 1-year fixed-term contract initially. This role is 100% onsite in either Gothenburg or Skövde.

Assignment Description
Purpose
As an HR Technology Partner, you will play a central role in driving our efforts to digitalize and modernize the HR (Human Resources) function and contribute to the organization's AI journey. You will promote the use of People Analytics and advanced technologies to optimize efficiency and decision-making. This role requires close collaboration within and outside the HR function. By digitalizing and enhancing People Analytics, you will help develop forward-looking workforce strategies aligned with our business goals and cultural values of Caring, Collaboration, and Creating Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
People Analytics & HR Insights
• Drive and develop People Analytics, reporting, dashboards, and HR data analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure high-quality HR data management, reporting, and insights related to workforce trends, engagement, compensation, and ESG.
HR Digitalization & AI
• Lead the digital transformation of the HR function through automation, AI, and continuous process improvement.
• Drive implementation and optimization of HR systems, tools, and digital solutions.
Project Management & Collaboration
• Lead HR technology and system-related projects in close collaboration with HR, Digital, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Act as the key interface between HR and Digital for system integrations and future development initiatives.
• General updates and support within the HR system and HR department.
• Lead and/or participate in general HR-related projects, outside the scope of HRIS.
Change Management & Capability Building
• Support and guide the HR organization in adopting new digital tools, AI solutions, and modern ways of working.
• Identify capability gaps and drive training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Stay updated on market trends within HR technology, AI, and People Analytics.
• Recommend and implement new solutions that improve efficiency, employee experience, and decision-making.
Skill Requirements
Required Qualifications
Education
• University degree in Human Resources or a related field (mandatory).
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within HR technology, People Analytics, HR systems, or digital transformation (mandatory).
• Proven experience leading digitalization, system implementation, or AI-related projects.
• Experience working in agile or lean environments is an advantage.
Technical Skills
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with HR systems SAP SuccessFactors (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of People Analytics, HR data analysis, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Understanding of AI-driven HR technologies, automation, and digital workflows.
Personal Capabilities
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to drive change and collaborate across global organizations.
Language Requirements
• Fluency in English.
• Professional Swedish skills are preferred.
This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg or Skövde through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 1-year fixed-term contract initially. This role is 100% onsite in either Gothenburg or Skövde.
