About the role

Good relationships with students and colleagues are key success factors for us – every student should feel safe and have their voice heard! As a teacher, you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for inspiring, stimulating, setting demands, and making it possible for each student to develop based on their prerequisites and achieve good results. You are well-grounded in current governing documents and work consciously with students' influence and participation. Your work is based on a scientific foundation where you are responsible for ensuring the school works towards established goals and for pedagogical development.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility in Spanish for grades 7–9. Eligibility in additional subjects is meritorious.

In your work, you have a clear focus on the student, see the competent student, and are engaged in pedagogical development work. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and have an interest in language didactics and relational leadership in the classroom.

In addition to good subject knowledge, you want to contribute to our collegial learning and appreciate collaborating with colleagues to develop teaching. With drive and engagement, you inspire your students and create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.

You are clear, structured, and goal-oriented, and feel comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Once you have received your extract, you present it to the recruiting manager. The fastest way to get your extract is to use the e-service and order it online with BankID.

You also need to show a passport or a national ID card issued by the police at the interview.

In Kävlinge Municipality, there are 11 primary schools. Korsbackaskolan is a grades 7–9 school centrally located within walking distance from the train station in Kävlinge. The school has a sports academy in collaboration with Malmö FF.
