As a teacher at a Dibber school, you are responsible for conducting high-quality teaching.

You notice, articulate, and strengthen situations that build trusting relationships. You work to build a positive community around the students in teaching, in meetings with guardians, and within your work team.

You contribute with knowledge and creativity, engagement in learning, and show patience. You celebrate the successes of your students and colleagues, big and small, and rejoice in their new learnings and discoveries.

About the role

As a teacher at a Dibber school, you are responsible for ensuring our pedagogical approach permeates your work.

You are responsible for carrying out planning, teaching, documentation, and evaluation of teaching together with your work team.

Your qualifications

We are looking for you who are certified and qualified in Natural Sciences (NO) for grades 7-9.

You have:

• Clear leadership skills
• Ability to build trusting relationships
• Experience with a language and knowledge-developing working method in your classroom
• Experience and interest in digital tools and systems
• Collaboration skills and an attitude to share knowledge and experience for collegial learning
• Ability to plan and organize your work

About us

Dibber was established in Sweden in 2017 and currently operates preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, and open preschools. Dibber's headquarters are located in Sollentuna, with operations in large parts of Sweden.

Dibber in Sweden is part of the Norwegian independent school group Dibber, which was started and is owned by two dedicated educators, Randi and Hans Jacob Sundby. Today, Dibber operates preschools and schools in nine countries around the world.

Kubikskolan is a multicultural and dynamic school with energy and variation. Here, students and staff with different backgrounds, cultures, and languages meet, creating a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere. Our differences give students a broad perspective and the ability to think openly and creatively. The school targets students in grades F-9 and is located in the eastern parts of Helsingborg, near the Fredriksdal outdoor area.
