Södervång School and Svanetorp School

We are now looking for a resource pedagogue for the school units Södervång/Svanetorp in Åkarp!

Södervång School F–3 is the small school with great commitment. Here, approximately 120 students are distributed across six classes with an associated after-school center. An open and trusting atmosphere prevails here where we work together to create a school we can be proud of.

Svanetorp School is an F-3 school with approximately 100 students distributed across three age-homogeneous classes, a preschool class, and an after-school center section.

We have a positive view of our students, high expectations, and always put their development and well-being at the center. Collegial learning is a natural part of our operations; we learn from and with each other to develop continuously.

You will be placed at either Södervång School or Svanetorp School.

Job Responsibilities

As a resource pedagogue, you are an important adult for our youngest students in preschool class and grade 1. You work together with class teachers and after-school center teachers to best support our students during breaks, in teaching situations, and at the after-school center. You use a low-affective approach and see possibilities even when things are difficult. You are solution-focused and have the commitment to create safe and inspiring learning environments.

In your work, you actively work to build trusting relationships and are convinced that all students can succeed. You have a pronounced ability to collaborate, are sensitive, and can remain calm in stressful situations, as well as being flexible and sensitive to both children, guardians, and colleagues.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education within childcare and school. We would like you to have previous experience in comparable work. You have your heart in the right place and possess a professional approach. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
