Job Description

We are now looking for you who are a certified teacher, preferably with experience, who wants to become part of us at Tygelsjöskolan (Principal's Area). As a teacher, you will, together with the rest of the work team, work towards a good pedagogical environment with the goal that all students reach their goals, feel well, and develop based on their prerequisites. You will work actively with promoting and preventive safety work. We work for the best school for every student and, based on the curriculum and regulatory documents, we create a safe environment together that aims to strengthen all students in both their knowledge development and their personal development. Together we create a activity that meets our students and guardians in the best way. The position includes standard teaching duties such as teaching and mentorship. Teaching in whole classes, but also teaching in smaller groups, may occur.

Examples of tasks:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate teaching
• Mentorship
• Participate in meetings with guardians as well as other internal and external contacts
• Collaborate with other staff within the unit and in the student health team
• Contribute to work with action plans and pedagogical assessments

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with eligibility to teach in grades 6-9 with eligibility in Swedish, English, and French. You have good insight and knowledge of the primary school's regulatory documents and have a good ability to apply them in daily work. You believe that teamwork is a basic prerequisite for getting the activity to reach as far as possible, both at the group level and individual level, for both students and staff.

You have good didactic and pedagogical competence that allows you to independently lead and organize your work to create a safe and stimulating learning environment. You have an inclusive approach and see both the student group and individual students' individual needs. Building good relationships with guardians, students, and colleagues is obvious to you. You are well acquainted with digital tools and use them naturally in your teaching.

Pilbäckskolan was built in 2013 and is a grades 4-9 school with approximately 480 students.
