Do you want to work in a small, nature-oriented preschool with great engagement and close collaboration between staff and families? We are now looking for a qualified preschool teacher for Föräldrakooperativet Kojan in Mora.

About Us

Föräldrakooperativet Kojan is a small-scale preschool located in Hemus, Mora. We are a parent cooperative run as an economic association where guardians are involved in the operations by sitting on the board or holding other roles.

About 18–20 children aged 1–6 attend our preschool, where we work with high staff density and in small groups. Our operations are characterized by security, community, and close collaboration between educators and families.

We have a clear focus on nature and technology, where children's curiosity and desire to learn are at the center. Through play, exploration, and experiences in nature, children develop using all their senses. We are close to the forest and also work with Friluftsfrämjandet's activities such as Skogsmulle, Knytte, and Knopp.

A major strength of ours is our own chef who prepares meals from scratch with a focus on organic and locally sourced ingredients.

  • are confident in your professional role and have a professional approach
  • are engaged, responsible, and flexible
