We are now looking for an Albanian-speaking personal assistant for one of our clients in Kristianstad or the surrounding area.

This role is suitable for you if you are confident in yourself, have a calm approach, and enjoy working closely with people.

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks Albanian

• Lives in Kristianstad or nearby

• Is calm, empathetic, and patient

• Can work evenings, nights, and weekends (on-call hours are common)

Previous experience in personal assistance is an advantage, but the most important factors are your personality and whether the chemistry is right.

Employment Type

• Temporary employment as needed (on-call)

• Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement, approx. 133–137 SEK/hour depending on experience. On-call compensation (OB) applies as per the collective agreement.
