What are we looking for?

Xamera is in an exciting growth phase, and we are now looking for a part-time Recruitment Assistant for our office in Stockholm! As a Recruitment Assistant, you will focus on the inflow of candidates, both for current needs and proactively for future opportunities. Your work will mainly consist of mapping and identifying relevant candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools. Since you are often the first point of contact with our candidates, it is important that you have good communication skills and are meticulous in your work.

We believe you are passionate about service and love making other people happy and satisfied. Your previous experience from service roles, combined with a passion for communication and results, means you will thrive in this role. To succeed in the position, we see that you are a student in fields such as HR, behavioral science, economics, or equivalent. Regardless of background, your interest in working with people will come in handy.

About the employment:

Fixed-term employment, part-time. You are expected to be able to work 2–3 full days each week. The work is entirely on-site at our office in Gamla Stan.

Start date: September 2026 or according to agreement.
