About the Role

We are now looking for a curious and communicative Property Economist for our Financial Management division. You will be part of the annual accounts group, whose mission is to ensure our customers receive the best possible and personalized service regarding financial services, including annual accounts, budgets, financial statements, and tax declarations. You will be responsible for your own customer portfolio, but you will have four competent and friendly colleagues and a supportive, present manager nearby. The role involves significant independence, but we always work together to develop our business and ourselves.

Examples of your tasks include:

  • Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping
  • Analysis and reconciliation of ongoing bookkeeping
  • Preparation of annual accounts and budgets for our customers
  • Participation in board meetings and general meetings to review budgets and annual accounts, and in some cases, chairing the meetings

  • Filing VAT and withdrawal tax declarations
  • Preparing income tax and property tax declarations

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have post-secondary education in economics and a couple of years of experience in a similar role and with similar tasks. Since the role involves customer contact, it is important that you enjoy interacting with others and can express yourself well both verbally and in writing.

In this recruitment, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a service-oriented manner and collaborating with others. In addition to agreeing that order and structure are the cornerstones of good delivery, we also believe you like to think outside the box and contribute smart solutions in a changing environment.
