About Us
Oasen HVB is a treatment and assessment home for children. Oasen HVB is located just outside Aneby in Jönköping County. There is room for 21 children, who are usually between the ages of approximately 7 and 13. Neuropsychiatric diagnoses and traumatic experiences are common among the children who come to Oasen. At Oasen, there is housing, school, and an HS-team – three essential pillars combined under one roof. We are now looking for you who are trained as a social worker.
About the Role
As a social worker with us, you have overall responsibility for the individual assessment or treatment assignments of up to ten children. You guide and educate treatment pedagogues in their daily work and regarding individual assignments, with a focus on documentation, approach, and method. Your task is to ensure that documentation and interventions take place on time, according to our routines, in a safe and legal manner with high quality. You may perform occasional social investigations yourself, but a large part of the work will involve quality assurance by planning and following up on documentation and interventions, as well as providing supervision to colleagues. You are part of our management team and will lead operations. Other duties included in the position are:
- Coordinate, convene, and as needed participate in team and follow-up meetings.
- Be responsible for the admission and discharge process in collaboration with the contact person.
- Contact with guardians and social services.
- Investigate and handle incidents and deviations.
- Administer various types of assessments.
- Collaborate with the unit manager regarding systematic quality work, planning, and implementation of APT (Annual Planning and Follow-up) and operational operations.

To succeed in the role, you have:
- A degree in social work or equivalent.
- Preferably a few years of experience working as a social secretary with children and young people.
- Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
- Good habits in documentation and the ability to express yourself well.
- A B driver's license.

The work is during daytime hours with trust-based working hours. Salary is determined by agreement, and other benefits are according to the collective agreement. Start date is by agreement.
