Do you want to work at the heart of an organization that promotes cutting-edge research and innovation? On behalf of our client, we are looking for an engaged receptionist who wants to contribute to a dynamic and professional office environment.

Responsibilities

In this role, you play a key part in creating a positive and professional first impression for visitors and partners. As a receptionist, you manage the switchboard and incoming calls, book conference rooms, and ensure there is food and drink available for guests. You are also responsible for office administration and ensuring the office always looks presentable.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is studying or has another main occupation and wants to work part-time. The role involves approximately 16 scheduled hours per month, but you will also be available on an as-needed basis, especially during Christmas and summer holidays, and at other times throughout the year.

As we see this as a long-term collaboration, we require students to have at least two years remaining in their studies.

We are looking for someone who is positive, outgoing, and has a strong sense of service. You are comfortable interacting with people and building long-term relationships. You are well-organized, structured, and have good prioritization skills. You work well in a team and have a humble approach to your tasks. You thrive in international work environments and are motivated by engagement and performance, where you contribute to delivering world-class quality.

What we offer
