The purpose of the coordination is, among other things, to support the implementation of ANDTS policy, and to contribute to dialogue, collaboration, and exchange of experience between actors whose activities are significant in reducing the use and harms of ANDTS.
The unit prepares material and reports to the EU, UN, WHO, and other international bodies, and serves as the contact point for the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol) regarding narcotics (Note: EUDA is now part of Europol, but keeping original context: European Union's Narcotics Agency).
Our main target groups are county administrative boards and municipalities, but also regions, agencies, and civil society.
