Tågaborgsskolan is a primary school located in central Helsingborg. Approximately 615 students from grades F-9 attend the school. Responsibilities

  • Teach Swedish as a Second Language and perform related tasks in one of the secondary school grades, as well as serve as a mentor for a group of students.
  • Follow up and analyze your students' knowledge development.
  • Collaborate with school leadership and colleagues in the school's development work, including within the subject group for Swedish as a Second Language.

Qualifications

  • Teacher certification with eligibility to teach Swedish as a Second Language for one of the grades in 7-9.
  • Documented experience in planning, implementing, and following up on your teaching.
  • Very good ability to express yourself in the Swedish language, both orally and in writing.

Personal suitability is highly valued, and having additional qualifications is meritorious.

You provide teaching that is clearly structured, varied, and adapted to the students' needs. You actively work to make learning visible and use formative assessment to develop students' knowledge.

You are confident in your role as a teacher and have the ability to lead and build good relationships with your students. You inspire, motivate, and create good conditions for learning in the classroom.

You have a strong commitment to developing students' abilities and understanding in Swedish as a Second Language.

Furthermore, you are analytical, team-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible.

You have a professional attitude and build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
