What you will do

As a Business Developer at Knowit Connectivity in Linköping, you will play a central role in our continued growth journey. You will be responsible for developing business with both new and existing customers and become a key advisor in their technical and strategic initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities in the region

  • Building and developing long-term customer relationships

  • Driving the entire sales process – from prospecting to negotiation and closing

  • Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right competence and offering

  • Collaborating closely with recruitment, consulting managers, and technical experts to create strong deliveries

  • Participating in networking, events, and other business-driving activities

  • Actively contributing to our strong sales culture and continued expansion in Linköping

You will work closely with colleagues in sales and delivery across Sweden, while simultaneously helping to build our local presence in Linköping.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone with at least 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within the tech, consulting, or staffing industry. You are business-driven, relationship-oriented, and thrive in a role where you can combine strategic thinking with operational sales.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:

  • Have experience in consulting sales or service sales within IT/tech

  • Are accustomed to working proactively with new customer acquisition

  • Have a strong business focus and documented experience in generating results

  • Are confident in leading dialogues with decision-makers and building trust over time

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by creating growth

  • Are self-starting, proactive, and have strong personal drive

  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

It is an advantage if you have a network in the Linköping region and an understanding of local markets within areas such as defense, industry, or advanced product development.
