About the Position

Ljungdalaskolan is a school unit characterized by a good collegial climate and a shared strive to give our students the best possible conditions for success – both academically and socially.

We are now looking for a teacher who will teach Swedish, Mathematics, and Social Studies (SO). The position also includes mentorship, where you will have the opportunity to follow and support students' development over time. You will become part of a well-functioning and engaged subject team where collaboration and experience sharing are highly valued.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the eligibility to teach Swedish, Mathematics, and Social Studies in grades 4-6.

About Us

The Child and Education Administration is responsible for the municipality's preschools, primary schools, upper secondary schools, adapted schools, and cultural schools. We work together for a learning environment where children, students, and employees succeed and get to be their best. The Administration's task is to coordinate, plan, and support the different activities as well as work for coordination between school and working life.

Ljungdalaskolan is a preschool to grade 6 (F-6) school that during the school year 24/25 has one class per grade. There are approx. 230 children at the school and about 45 people work here. Here, besides educators, there are also caretakers, librarians, counselors, school nurses, cleaning and meal staff, and student assistants.
