In the role of store manager, you need to have a strong engine driven by engagement to lead people, build cohesion in your group, and inspire your team. You work actively to achieve established goals and help manage and develop Dormy's concept. You are responsible for budget, recruitment, staffing, scheduling, pay, induction, working environment, and development of your employees. You will have close contact with your colleagues around the country as you are part of our management group that meets regularly to exchange experiences and develop together. You will become a central part of the whole with the task of giving our customers in the store an enthusiastic reception and guiding them right in the hunt for the purchase that can make their favorite hobby even a little more fun. Who we are looking for

• To succeed in the role, you have previous work experience from a similar leadership role where you have had personnel responsibility for a large group of staff within the retail industry.
• We would like you to have previous experience from customer service and sales, as you have an important role in training and coaching your employees in the area.
• You have good administrative skills and are used to analyzing figures and following up on key performance indicators. Furthermore, you also have previous experience of budget work, scheduling, and recruitment. It is an advantage if you have experience in scheduling within the Collective Agreement for the Trade.
• As a person, you are goal-oriented, structured, and independent in your working method.

The position is a permanent full-time position with a six-month probationary period. Weekend and evening work occurs.
