About Samhall

In Sweden, 250,000 people with disabilities are without work. This is why Samhall exists – to create meaningful jobs for those on the outside of the labor market. Our vision is "A labor market where everyone is seen as an asset," and we believe that you, reading this, feel as strongly about these words as we do. For us, inclusion and development are at the core of everything we do. Regardless of where you work within our organization, our purpose is ever-present, and accessibility and the belief that all people have competence act as our compass and driving force.

We have 25,000 employees, including approximately 1,500 managers and specialists, with operations throughout the country. Together, we work for a more inclusive labor market that benefits individuals, organizations, and society at large.

Welcome to Samhall!

About the Position

Your goal is to create the conditions for our employees to develop and trust in their competence and take the step onto the regular labor market.

As the Group Manager for Wage Subsidy for Development in Employment (GC LFU) at Samhall, you are responsible for our younger employees on fixed-term contracts, with the goal of securing employment with another employer. Your duties include coaching and motivating your employees in their development through training and work in Samhall's customer assignments, as well as matching employees to jobs after their time at Samhall. As GC LFU, you also adopt a sales-oriented approach by networking with companies and employers to create opportunities for internships and transitions to the regular labor market. You actively work to ensure all staff are planned and billable in operations, fostering good coordination and collaboration between the Swedish Public Employment Service and Samhall to succeed in your mission.

What You Bring

As the LFU Group Manager, you are an operational and present leader who creates security and engagement, and can make decisions with high integrity. You are accustomed to creating structure, clarity, and participation in daily work, while building a work climate characterized by trust, collaboration, and respect. We believe you have experience from and thrive in an operation characterized by relationship-building, collaboration, and a high pace with the human element at the center.

We see that you have a good ability to meet and develop people, and that you enjoy the role of a leader where you actively work to strengthen competence, engagement, and well-being in the team. You recognize the importance of investing in people's development and are motivated by creating conditions for both the individual and the business to grow together.

You also have good experience working with customer relations and have a natural aptitude for building long-term and sustainable collaborations within the business community. Through your communication style and ability to build trust, you contribute to developing both business and relationships in a professional and value-creating manner.

You are on the move frequently when visiting your employees who are working on area managers' customer assignments around the district. To get around, we provide pool cars, so a valid B-class driver's license is required for this position.

However, beyond solid knowledge, it is our core values that make our leaders thrive and do a good job over time. Your belief in the equal value of all people, that all people have competence, and that work has great significance is what motivates you in daily life.
