We are looking for a Craft Teacher in Tomelilla Municipality

Job Responsibilities

With commitment and enthusiasm, you create a safe learning environment that stimulates students to learn with joy. You teach textile crafts as well as wood and metal crafts, planning, conducting, and evaluating teaching based on the curriculum and the school's goals. You work closely with colleagues in the work team to create an stimulating and safe learning environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teacher's degree with eligibility in crafts, preferably with a focus on wood and metal crafts or textile crafts. You are also welcome to apply if you have eligibility as a teacher in preschool class/after-school program with eligibility in the subject of crafts.

Knowledge and experience of meeting students with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) as well as familiarity with clarifying pedagogy are required.

You thrive in collaboration with colleagues and actively contribute to developing the operations by planning and following up on teaching together. You have good structure in your work and can adapt teaching based on the students' needs and the school's goals. Together, we are responsible for creating a sustainable work environment where both students and staff feel good, can grow, and develop.

You master the Swedish language in speech and writing.
