We are now looking for a Team Leader who wants to combine operational work close to customers and consultants with greater responsibility for a team and their development and results. This is an opportunity for you who currently work as a Consulting Manager and want to take the next step in leadership and business development in an organization with high tempo, strong growth, and great ambitions.

About the role - here are your new responsibilities 💫

In this role, you combine the work of a Consulting Manager with team leadership responsibility for approximately eight employees. You will be a key part of creating structure, driving development, and supporting the team in daily work while you yourself work closely with customers, consultants, and the business.

You will become a central figure in the department and work closely with management on issues related to delivery, quality, working methods, and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and coach consulting managers and recruiters in daily work.
  • Have personnel responsibility and follow up on performance, well-being, and development.
  • Drive and develop working methods, structure, and quality in delivery.
  • Be responsible for own customers, consultants, and processes.
  • Work closely with customers and contribute to long-term relationships.
  • Support in prioritization, resource planning, and business development.
  • Contribute to a positive culture and strong team spirit.

We are looking for someone who is confident in the Consulting Manager role and is motivated by developing both people and business. You are engaged, solution-oriented, and thrive in an environment where a lot is happening.

We believe you:

  • Have experience as a Consulting Manager or in a similar role within staffing.
  • Are accustomed to working at a high tempo and handling many contact surfaces.
  • Have natural drive and enjoy taking responsibility.
  • Are structured, communicative, and confident in supporting and coaching others.
  • Enjoy working both operationally and strategically.

Previous experience in leadership or personnel responsibility is meritorious, but we place great emphasis on personality, drive, and potential.
