Moment Psychology & Psychiatry serves children, adolescents, and adults. Our clients include the public sector, companies, and private individuals. Our Stockholm operations are based in a representative reception facility where we provide psychological and medical treatment as well as neuropsychiatric assessments. We have a unique team of specialists consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses who see our patients both in-person and digitally.

As a healthcare administrator here, you work together with colleagues in the healthcare administration team, which is responsible for administration at our main and branch clinics. The work primarily involves handling referrals, scheduling appointments, telephony, chat, production and resource planning, and ensuring accurate registrations, etc. You will have extensive contact with patients and their relatives, as well as with colleagues at the clinic and our consultants. The role focuses on excellent customer service and patient interaction in all contact areas. The position involves juggling many tasks and a high pace of change as we transition into new contracts.

In the role of healthcare coordinator for neuropsychiatry, you are responsible for production and resource planning, consultant staffing planning, and ensuring that we meet timeframes and contractual requirements in our delivery to the regions in collaboration with management.

We are looking for you with work experience in healthcare administration within health and/or medical care, preferably from the private sector.

As a person, you are curious, a constructive problem solver, and have a strong desire to learn new things. You have a positive attitude, are confident in your role, and can be both task-oriented and relationship-oriented. You appreciate and contribute to a good work environment and the continuous improvement of operations. You are used to working efficiently at a high pace – and always with the patient's best interests in focus. You enjoy providing good service and are independent, responsible, and meticulous. You like change, are flexible, and can adapt workflows and routines based on the organization's needs.

Good system proficiency and the ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems are required. Experience with the medical record system Webdoc, the healthcare communication system Doctrin, and Excel is particularly advantageous, as is interest in and competence in AI-supported working methods.

You have excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and can speak English fluently.

Experience from working in the private sector; occupational health services, BUMM (Child and Adolescent Psychiatry), BUP (Child and Adolescent Psychiatry), health centers, or similar is advantageous.

We are Moment – a private healthcare provider offering specialist services in psychology, psychiatry, pediatrics, and neuropsychiatry. Our target groups are the public sector, companies, and private individuals.

You can find our clinics in about ten locations across Sweden. We also perform consulting assignments on-site at our customers' locations.
