On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a Security Clearance Administrator for a consulting assignment in Stockholm. The position is full-time and expected to last for one year, starting in October 2026.

About the Assignment
We are seeking a Security Clearance Administrator for a long-term consulting assignment with a vital societal organization within the energy sector. In this role, you will work closely with the organization's security function and provide support in administrative processes related to security clearance and document management.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Processing register checks
• Administrative support regarding archives, document management, and contracts
• Support in security clearance-related processes and administration

This assignment is ideal for you who thrive in an administrative role with significant responsibility, high security requirements, and many points of contact.

Scope: Full-time
Location: Stockholm
Security Clearance: Security clearance and register check are required. The security clearance process is currently estimated to take approximately 12–16 weeks.

About You
We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in a role as an administrator, case worker, or similar position involving administrative tasks such as document handling, mail processing, or diary registration.
• At least 2 years of experience working in security-sensitive operations.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
